Your make-up plays a huge role in bringing out that festive glow, whether you are going with a subtle day look or a dazzling evening transformation. Choosing the right outfit is essential, but it's your make-up that brings your entire look together. From traditional elegance to bold and striking, your make-up adds that extra spark to your Diwali ensemble! This year’s Diwali trends come alive with vibrant, harmonious shades that capture the spirit of the festival.

One thing we’d like to emphasise is when choosing your shades, think about the lights - how your make-up will reflect in the glow of diyas, fireworks and the sun.

The Day Looks -

Diwali is a sensory celebration, and the glow of natural light hitting your make-up enhances every shade and shimmer. Think of light golds, dazzling shades for the eyes, a hint of highlighter to catch the sunlight and a soft blush on your cheeks for that healthy and perfect glow

1. Holographic Hues

During the day you’d want your make-up to be fresh and natural, while still embodying the festive spirit. Keeping this in mind, we started the look with Digital Complexion Primer for dry skin, on that we applied Digital Complexion Fluid Foundation to create a flawless base followed by Digital Complexion Cream Foundation Palette 14 Colors (Bridal 1) for precise contouring and a touch of Shimmering Event Foundation (golden beige) to add that subtle glow. The cheeks pop with a soft blush, while the eyes dazzle with a dreamy combination of Holographic Pigments in 'Parrot', 'Atmosphere', ‘Chameleon’, ‘Solar’ and ‘Butterfly’ shades, perfectly blended with the Shimmering Vision Palette 18 Colors (Standard). To complete the look we have defined the lips with Contour Pencil (925), added a soft yet bold touch of Lip Stain (soul), and topped it off with a glossy finish High Gloss (werk).

2. Radiant Rose Glow

For the second daytime look, we created a captivating Radiant Rose Glow look! We applied Digital Complexion Primer for dry skin followed by a smooth layer of Digital Complexion Cream Foundation was applied with subtle contour. The eye make-up is achieved with a stunning blend of ‘Fuschia G’ and ‘SM’ shades from the Eye Shadow Variety 18 Colors (Bridal) on the outer corners and the dazzling Holographic Pigments (rainbow) on the centre. These shades blend seamlessly, creating a beautiful rose-golden glow. For the glamorous finish, we applied Glamour Glow (natural tan) as a highlighter, adding a luminous effect, while the face was sculpted with ‘Sunlit’ shade from Blusher Palette 8 Colors (Mumbai 1) for a soft contour. Finally, the lips were perfected with Faceliner (21) as a base, topped with High Gloss (crystal rose) for a glossy sheen.

The Evening Looks -

When the evening comes, it's time to amp up the glam factor. Diwali lights, candles, and fireworks create a magical ambiance, and your make-up should reflect that same vibrancy. Go for radiant, statement eyes with shimmery metallics, deep blue, or copper tones that catch the light. Don’t forget the highlighter! When those Diwali lights hit, the shimmer on your cheekbones will make you look luminous.

3. Twilight Glow

For a Glimmering Glow evening look, we started to perfect the base with Digital Complexion Cream Foundation. For the eyes we’ve applied ‘Divine G’ shade on the upper eyelid and ‘Prestige G’ shade on the lower eyelid from the Cream Color Circle Interferenz (Sense). To intensify the look we’ve added a pop of Pure Pigments Metallic ‘Pure Blue’ shade on the upper eyelid and ‘Pure Copper’ shade on the lower eyelid, creating a mesmerising effect. To enhance the radiance, we used ‘Natural Tan’ shade as a highlighter from Glamour Glow Palette 8 Colors (Elegance), while sculpting the face with the 'Timber shade' from Blusher Palette 8 Colors (Punjab). To complete this striking look, we’ve added a sultry, glossy finish using ‘Gurl’ shade from High Gloss for the lips.

4. Celestial Glow

For this Celestial Glow Diwali evening look, we started with the Digital Complexion Primer for dry skin, layering it with Digital Complexion Cream Foundation to create a flawless, dewy base. To bring depth to the eyes, we used HD Cream Liner (sun kissed) as the base, layered with dynamic shades from the Eye Shadow Variety 18 Colors (V 6), creating a mesmerising light-to-dark effect. For a soft glow, ‘Sunkissed’ and ‘Blush Rose’ from the Glamour Glow Palette 8 Colors (Posh) adds the perfect touch of highlight and blush. The body gleams with Shimmering Event Foundation (golden beige), while the lips dazzle in a ‘Hologram’ Shade from Halo Gloss. Finally, Body Jewels Pearls on the forehead elevates this look to festive perfection.
